User Agreement

General Terms

  • 1. These User Agreement govern your access and use of the services provided by Kaiyun.
  • 2. The User Agreement become effective upon successful completion of your registration, which includes accepting these terms and creating your account. By continuing to use Kaiyun's services after account creation, you signify your agreement to these User Agreement.
  • 3. Please review these User Agreement thoroughly before registering. If you do not consent to any part of these User Agreement, you should not create an account or use the Kaiyun platform.

  • 4. We are entitled to make amendments to these User Agreement at any time and without advanced notice. If we make such amendments, we may take appropriate steps to bring such changes to your attention (such as by email or placing a notice on a prominent position on the Website, together with the amended User Agreement) but it shall be your sole responsibility to check for any amendments, updates and/or modifications. Your continued use of Sorko services and Website after any such amendment to the User Agreement will be deemed as your acceptance and agreement to be bound by such amendments, updates and/or modifications.

Your Commitments

  • 1. By accepting these User Agreement, you also agree to adhere to the Kaiyun Rules and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. In cases of conflict, these User Agreement shall take precedence. You confirm and warrant that:
  • 2. You are of legal age, being at least 18 years old or the age of majority as defined by the laws applicable to you, whichever is greater.

Bonuses and Promotions

  • 1. Sorko reserves the right to cancel any promotion, bonus or bonus program (including, but not limited to top-up rewards, invite friends to reward bonuses and loyalty programs) with immediate effect if we believe the bonus has been set up incorrectly or is being abused, and if said bonus has been paid out, we reserve the right to decline any Withdraw request and to deduct such amount from your account. Whether or not a bonus is deemed to be set up incorrectly or abused shall be determined solely by Sorko.
